Sensitive and carefully made film that takes a difficult subject - that of rape and the after effects of attack - and explores it from a female perspective using a largely female crew behind the cameras, and anchoring it with a superb lead performance. The honesty portrayed feels necessary; it is something new and essential that cinema so often fails to portray realistically.
