Rebecca Romijn? Yes. My God, yes. If pure sexuality were to be personified, manifesting itself in human form, she'd be it.
Everything else though? Ehh, it's decent but the movie risks falling apart without her. De Palma's stylish yet a little too self-indulgent direction does (mostly) help though, even if his more... let's say, "abrasive" sensibilities do seem to be in overdrive here.
Edit: The more I think about this film, the more I like it. It's definitely one I'll need to revisit a few times and absorb every little detail about in order to fully appreciate. For now though, I'll settle for merely *really* liking it.
