David’s review published on Letterboxd:
I’d be lying if I didn’t say I enjoyed watching the previous movies of this franchise, I binged most of them and completely obsessed with the death traps and how the story is like a puzzle itself.
This 2017 release did nothing new and it felt like watching the first 7 films again. It was thrilling, and exhilarating. Tobin Bell is a legend, i am never going to look at that guy any other way but John Kramer, he definitely made his mark on the horror, thriller genre.
