  I enjoyed Napoleon. It was amazing getting to see massive battles on screen. Loads of cannons and men on horses charging infantry. It looked amazing and the battle on the ice was utterly fantastic, also extremely terrifying. I loved getting to see a tactical master deploy his genius on the battlefield.   I love Aliens as a sequel to Alien because I find both are immense films in their own right, but Aliens takes the series in a different direction. It didn’t bother trying to top the slow burn horror of the original, and because of that we didn’t end up with a sub par film. You are not beating Alien at its own game.   No impact in the fight scenes. No pizazz in the accompanying music. No inventive use of the multiverse. Long awaited characters introduced and tossed away. A horrible villain motivation, taking the series of Wandavision and replaying it here and justifying it with an evil book. Wanda was done dirty here.
