Sven Roth’s review published on Letterboxd:
Let's start by saying that the first half was brilliant. I really liked the way the story is told, the different characters, the intercuts and how it all comes together.
Sure, I already saw it coming in which direction this all would go after 5 minutes, even though I didn't know anything about the film, but it still interested me. And I enjoyed it a lot.
The second half, on the other hand, loses a lot of this dynamic and filmmaking style. It has a lot of interesting points and ideas for sure. But where the first half passes like nothing, the second sadly dragged on over most of the parts. I couldn't really find into it.
Overall, I liked it. The first hour is amazing and everything after that has problems that you may be able to ignore.
