Deepak Chazhoor’s review published on Letterboxd:
Kurt Russell as the badass “Snake” Plissken and John Carpenter’s smashing synth score are the prime selling points of this slick dystopian neo-western adventure. The concept is unusual and exciting. The screenplay is tight, rich in catchy one-liners and punch lines. Special mention goes to the B-moviesque making and the production design on a limited budget. I am positive that this film has started to grow on me already.
