While the movie shows a decent craftsmanship, it is, above all, a propaganda piece. Erdoğan is always portrayed in the best light, the state is corrupt, the criminals are all god-fearing, driven to their station by the corrupt government, all righteous and good characters always have a misbaha (kind of an islamic rosary) at their hands.
