  this was so one note and surface level. a satire but with nothing to say. the second you read the premise you know exactly where it’s going to go. in true  mckay style it’s lacking in any subtlety or nuance. it’s just like…yeah…people ignore science?? everyone knows that; it’s not particularly insightful to point it out in 2021. and it wasn’t even funny! it wasn’t as technically poor as expected but the story and characters were just so one-dimensional. even the star-studded cast felt they were phoning it in throughout. i expected nothing and was still disappointed. idk.
