So, second viewing. A little better.
I appreciate it's original story and great visuals. Really liked the first act but it kinda went out of control from there.
And please, someone tell me what the monk's purpose was. He seemed like a long stretched joke with the punch line being that he died.
The robot was funny at first but his character got lost completely and he was just generic.
Why the pilot was brainwashed just to fully recover minutes later by realizing he is the pilot. What was the point of this?
Character motivations are not very clear.
Still, writing this, I think Rogue is actually better than Last Jedi...
