  1. The writing; from his bad one-liners

  To that awful monologue about what he told Spider-Man about MJ
  2. Tobey crying
  3. When Goblin throws this one bomb that turns the Oscorp Board into skeletons

  Aged Well:
  1. Kristen Dunst in that alleyway
  2. The suit itself - shiny and sleek with a dimmer red and blue
  3. That final fight scene (sans the random flips)
  4. The way the webs look - just seem more realistic, like they are actually tactile and not just made-up super strong string
