  i'm not opposed to abstraction, metaphor and the general indulgences of arthouse stuff. but this film has no logic, no basis in reality, no characters with which to empathise - no relationships that make sense?

  very very confounding movie. all the guys are the same guy. i think a24 saw how good this would look as a trailer, figured garland could wank together 100 minutes of nonsense at relatively low budget in a pandemic and this is what we got. pure money laundering
