  Jennette McCurdy is a person I’ve admired the career/personal life of, so I was eager to check out a directing project of hers.

  While I don’t think this is a breakthrough display of her potential, it had enough stylistic humor blended with an impactful script where it still has value.

  I hope she gets the opportunity to work on a feature film (with hopefully a bigger budget) in the near future.

  But damn, this is such a well-written story that immediately feels like a classic.
