Evil Dead Rise RULES!!!! This movie was amazing Iβm so happy right now. I loved how dark this entry in the franchise was. Still had hints of comedy but was very dark compared to the original three. the suspense and buildup was done so well. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. The gore and effects of course deliver. The sound design was impressive, a must watch in the theaterβ¦
I have the biggest smile on my face right now. I loved absolutely everything about Scream VI. My ONLY issue was that it felt like they were scared to kill off main characters because there is no way in hell some of them didnβt die. This scream movie is the most brutal and suspenseful in the franchise. It has the highest kill count in the franchise as well. So many awesome and memorable scenes in the New York setting. Theβ¦
I knew it was that mf the whole time. These girls were some badasses though! I liked the way the movie flipped a switch halfway through and became a thriller/horror. Yes the dialogue is not the best but besides that I enjoyed the movie.Β

The scene where he started crawling in the basement made me want to cryβ¦truly terrifying. Disturbing and dreadful. Not a movie I would want to rewatch anytime soon but it was decent. Shocking ending and lots of unsettling scenes.Β

MIA GOTH RULED IN THIS MOVIE!!! Such an amazing performance, and wow this movie was similar and yet completely different from the original at the same time. Disturbing and fantastic just like X. Hints of American Psycho. Congrats Ti West you now hold the spot for my top 2 horror movies of the yearβ¦if MaXXXine somehow comes out before the end of the year I will be so happy.
