Literally like five stars to the middle chunk/section that deals with the evolution of technology which allows the youth to connect to one another all across the globe, while fighting an artificial intelligence using those same connections in an attempt to lash out against its creators.
One star to the other half chunks of hodgepodge, frankenstein stories cobbled together (maybe two stars if I’m being generous to some gorgeous animation).
Spoke about it last year with the great duo of Sara Sorrentino and Alex Fernandez and wow, does that middle part definitely hold up. Just the middle part.
This movie introduced me to Ska.
not as good as The Last Boy Scout
