I suppose it was worth watching just for that line.
Yup, I still enjoy this movie. It could’ve easily been a disastrous mess, with all these threads and characters converging, but I honestly can’t imagine such an ensemble being handled much better in this context. Josh Brolin’s imposing and nuanced performance as Thanos is still a wonder to watch after four viewings.
I should be deducting stars for smallest possible Cobie Smulders screen time, however. That’s a real crime.
