The Cleaners ★★★

Accomplished - arguably too accomplished, as it's flashiness makes it feel unnecessarily overdetermined, as if we won't be disturbed by discussions of beheading videos without unsettling drones. Most powerful when it's drawing connections between the cultural context of the decision makers in the Phillipines and the lives affected a world away, and the Rohingya stuff is a particularly brutal indictment, but it's more of an "oh and also this" structure that becomes enervating.
