Mark Llobrera’s review published on Letterboxd:
Part of Criterion’s neo-noir collection. Didn’t realize that this was one of Curtis Hanson’s early films. Lots of recognizable names and faces in this one, including Carl Lumbly for the Alias fans out there. I have some thoughts about the ending; I kept thinking if this were a De Palma movie it would have finished on a much more sour note. I do like how it just ends, though. No extended mop-up, just…we’re done folks, thank you very much for watching.
