A fun ride, also known as The Japanese Evil Dead for reasons that become increasingly obvious as you watch throughout it relatively short hour runtime. You’d be justified in calling it a ripoff, but I enjoyed this bloody and practical effects laden homage to one of my favorite films. I appreciated seeing the general “cabin in the woods” premise twisted through the lens of another different culture.
