This is probably the easiest watching “classic” film I’ve seen. It’s fast paced with an almost goofy tone. The whole thing is a fun ride.
But, it’s fun without being vapid. It has things to say about trust and morality. Along with commentary on friendship and whether or not the “good guy deserves the girl.” A message about entitlement that’s still worth repeating today.
The final scene is jaw dropping in its build-up and payoff.
