Dov Doviak’s review published on Letterboxd:
Luc Besson's The Family is just as disappointing, if not more so, than every other film he's made since writing the French flick District B13. The story's disjointed and the acting well below average. There's not really much to enjoy here. The climax has some quality action in it, but the rest of the film is just ridiculous and boring. Bottom line, Robert De Niro and Tommy Lee Jones are spectacular as always, but they're the only things to enjoy about this movie. I'd pass if I were you.
