Some ok stuntwork. Cookie-cutter post-apoc. Super slow, though.

Bruce Le delivers a pretty solid HK actioner with a lot of explosions at the end.

An evil mad scientist comes up with a way to give midgets the power of ten athletes (but for a limited time). The midgets go around fighting a team of luchadores for... reasons. Features the world's longest drum solo on the soundtrack.
