transfeminine frankenstein’s review published on Letterboxd:
A blissfully short, nasty little picture about a father who loves his son enough to transplant a gorilla heart into his body as a cure for his cancer. I was hoping that it'd do something more creative when the doctor transplanted a new human heart—from a woman wrestler—into his monstrous son, but unfortunately the film isn't so bold as to engage with that transgender potential. The result is simply a serviceable low-budget, blood-and-boobs shock theater entry.
