Loved the camera angle looking upward from the buildings during the opening credits along, with the story-telling art depiction during the end credits.
The moment where Anthony picks at his disintegrating hand and removing the fingernail, I had to admit I put my hand in front of the screen. Eeewwwwwiiiieeeeee
Sawing the hand and jamming the hook up the arm.. yeah no didn't cringe at all there.
I should probably re-watch the original Candyman again cause there's a few areas I don't remember from what they spoke about in this version. Plus it has been awhile since seeing the original which I should have watched first before going into this one here. Oh wellll..
Still eerie with the musical tone and mirror effects.
Didn't think it had toooo much blood in it. Although, I have to say that first kill made me jump slightly. But even in that one bathroom scene at the school there I was hoping it would have been even more bloodier with the gals there.
And was good to see Tony Todd!
