Evan “Kaizō Haya-shill” Pincus’s review published on Letterboxd:
I understand a lot of gripes folks might have with this one, but when it comes down to it the idea of recontextualizing my beloved "street grime character piece" genre as a fully cosmic economic commentary with less subtlety than a sledgehammer and a full fleet of live-wire performances from anyone from seasoned pros to first-timers (at least 3 of whom play themselves) and everyone in between is the kind of movie that feels made just for me. And it has jokes, too! JEWISH jokes!!! I'll accept a movie pandering this hard to me, because they don't come along often.
