Good Time ★★★★

Lost in the fond memory of all the frantic, inept shuffling around New York that Robert Pattinson does in this and the keen, popping visual manifestation of same (it's the movie I wanted Drive to be, frankly) as well as Ben Safdie's uncommonly touching performance was the fact that it's flat-out hilarious most of the way through. It's also ridiculously uncomfortable and lives on that tension, which is why I prefer its methodology to the average morally ambiguous crime picture. Actively excited for Uncut Gems, and I never hype up "new movies" anymore!
