Lifeboat ★★★★

Full review. I always liked this one and I think it's harrowing and well-mounted, also that the absence of music really does something for its sense of realism. As stated in the link, it feels far more present and modern to me than Saboteur or Foreign Correspondent, and I tend to think it's intended as a much more universal story -- in other words, that Hitchcock would've been interested in making a movie about a bunch of people on lifeboat whether there was a war on or not.
