Full review here, with the entire plot (??) spoiled. Glad to see I still love this so much, not having seen it in over a decade. I'm a bit of a Lynch skeptic (though only compared to most Letterboxd users, I reckon) and I still manage to find this delightful in its off-kilter humor and, more importantly, really touching in its anguish. (It captures the post-breakup grieving process almost too well, to the point that I imagine it would be hard to watch if you were presently going through that.) And "Crying" will be in my head for days.
In not-unrelated news, I'm very glad the Criterion Channel is back.
