this was my pick for film cult and i’m glad it was something i hadn’t watched because recently i’m really slacking in watching films.
now the thin red line has definitely the most “wait is that…” moments. so many talented actors put aside to fully express the importance of the newcomer.
terence’s eye and mind in the way this film moves and looks is astounding. the special point of view you get during the war sequence make it feel immersive.
glad to say i picked this, hope to have a good discussion tomorrow.
