I am not sure how they could have followed up my favorite Bond movie, but this movie does an alright job. The villains are pretty memorable, the remote control car chase is pretty damn good, the motorcycle scene, and the memorable female spy that Bond has to work with.
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
As far as first entries go, this is pretty good. It was made when people put it more violent scenes so they could ensure an R rating. I think without the neck break and the pogo stick kill, this can be shown on tv with a PG-13 if memory serves correct. It is just surreal to see early Jennifer Aniston. Warwick Davis definately makes this movie.
