Thought it was simultaneously goofy and a bit emotional. There wasn't a whole lot of depth and it didn't wow me but there were quite a few comical scenes. Not to mention a few scenes that are quite sad, which is easy to imagine since it's a satire of one of the most infamous tragedies. The shoe scene stands out especially for obvious reasons.
I am now prepared to watch the Oscars. Would like to check out more of Taika Waititi's work in the future.
