Sound of Metal

Sound of Metal ★★★★½

A complex character study of finding self acceptance, armed with one of Riz Ahmed's most resplendent performance that too hard to ignore. It also well-crafted observant film where we got to have a chance to be on deaf people's shoes, exploring how majestic the lyrical silence and solitude can be. Actually you won't find it quite often, that film can serve these contemplative elements along with natural sense of empathy these days.

Sound of Metal leaves an echo louder than every noises i've heard this year.
