As I sat in an empty theatre on the last showing of the night, wearing trust issues on the sleeve of my favorite green windbreaker, at each sip of my watermelon slurpee more restive to unravel the identity behind the ghost face, at each mouthful of popcorn more suspicious of the every move of the every gesture of the every word of every weirdo on screen, I couldn't help but ask, am I the killer? Maybe, I thought. But I felt that was an evasion protecting me of the real question. What's my favorite scary movie?
