Ella Kemp’s review published on Letterboxd:
Good princess who just gets the job done! No pandering necessary. Enjoyed this more for Awkwafina as Sisu just fully going off however she damn well pleases. Some lovely, magic imagery. Always enjoy a villain who really isn’t quite a villain and the antagonist being the adventure itself, if that makes sense. Not sure the stakes of the plot will stay with me, but it’s nice. Such a shame to not see it on the big screen.
Edit: oh my god why does the score go so much harder over the credits? Where was this insane energy half an hour ago?
