    Donnie Darko

Donnie Darko may need a second watch to fill understand, it was hard to put together the timeline until the very end. I suppose Donnie ends up as a hero and his mind was the time machine. I suppose we spend the whole movie expecting Donnie to kill one of his friends or family or them all but instead he saves them and kills himself. I’m not 100% sure on…

    Baby Driver

The story for this wasn’t too relatable but the characters were easy to watch and the soundtrack is perfect to each scene. American History X

Ed Norton is one of the greatest actors to never win an Oscar and this movie - despite coming out in 1999 - tackles modern day issues on racism in America and the deluded mindsets of white supremacists. I’ve watched this a few times and it genuinely gets better every time, I know it’s a basic ‘film nerd’ movie but this is genuinely a masterpiece. Edgar Wright is a genius.
