Things I dislike: All the Asgard sets, the theatrical and one dimensional dialogue and characters, that they don’t pronounce Mjölnir right, the weird shallow feeling of this movie and the way it never really settles down. The look of the frost giants. That Odin is supposed to be a cool god but manages to take home the worst dad of the year award MULTIPLE years in a row.

Things I like: it’s entertaining in its stupidity, there are some jokes that do land pretty well, it’s fun to watch absolute drama queens Thor and Loki battle to death in screaming, and it’s also fun to wheeze THE DUTCH ANGLE each time they cut to a sinister Dutch angle for no reason. And there are a lot of them. Honestly, who approved this? It gets disorienting.
