This was my fourth time watching this movie and literally every time I watch it I learn something new! I also think that, although it is a pretty long movie, the time goes so fast because your adrenaline goes up from the soundtrack and anticipation of the characters.
In this run I was finally convinced that Cobb was not in the dream world. Multiple times before I thought that he was, since it kept spinning and that, it didn't matter if the totem shook a little at the end. But, I was having a little argument with my boyfriend over this matter and stumbled across an article stating that whenever Michael Caine (the grandfather) is in a scene, that is when you know it's reality instead of a dream. When I went back to think I was thoroughly convinced.
Truly a masterpiece!
