Okay imagine Sound of Music but Japanese and full of night terrors. That is this film
This was one of the most important stand-up comedies I've seen ever. The last 25 minutes were heartwrenching to watch though. I might have ended up bawling.
She said so much great stuff about art, gender non-conformity, sexuality/homophobia & abuse that you never hear about in stand-up. It was incredible & really relatable in parts (especially as a non binary lesbian myself)
Please take the time to check this out. Stories like Hannah's really need to be heard.
