    Silent Horror Film

I haven't really seen that many silent films so I dont have much to compare this to but this was a lot better then I thought it would be.

It was a great creepy arthouse horror and I lived for the transitions between yellow tones to black & white instead of keeping it one note the whole time. I think that gave it something special compared to the few silents I've seen.

    A Kaiju/Giant Monster film.

First off mentioning I watched this with a shitty English dub...*sigh*. So that was bad.

I loved how the kaiju were redesigned for these films and the fighting scenes were great but the storyline felt out of order and was not as well put together as the original imo. This wasn't bad but I totally prefer the original and adore mothra forever.

I thought I was just gonna watch a short about happy cats being cute. I was horribly mistaken.

    Hannah Gadsby: Nanette

This was one of the most important stand-up comedies I've seen ever. The last 25 minutes were heartwrenching to watch though. I might have ended up bawling.

She said so much great stuff about art, gender non-conformity, sexuality/homophobia & abuse that you never hear about in stand-up. It was incredible & really relatable in parts (especially as a non binary lesbian myself)

Please take the time to check this out. Stories like Hannah's really need to be heard.
