Quite a beautiful story. It feels reals, without exaggerations. Not so happy about the ending, but it did feel real at least. I found it a bit annoying that all the characters (except for a couple of random old ladies) smoke and that they smoke in almost every scene (except sex scenes, I think). I get it, it's the 80s, and it's Italy... still, I found it a bit excessive.
I like how the characters switch between English, French, and Italian. There's also some German at some point. I thought it was pretty cool.
