The Little Shop of Horrors ★★★½

In an attempt to keep his job, a clueless young man gets into trouble when Audrey Jr, the talking carnivorous plant he cultivated, develops an insatiable appetite and eventually begins to grow quite massively. The mysterious plant soon becomes a great attraction in the town of Skid Row as it is surrounded by a bizarre picture of peculiar characters such as the grumpy owner of the flower shop, a woman whose relatives die on a daily basis, a hypochondriac mother, a man who eats flowers, a sadistic dentist, and a sweet girl. The Little Shop of Horrors is a witty, absurd and eccentric comedy; a delirious and entertaining work with touches of black humour, horror, eccentric situations and a certain charm that comes from its resourcefulness and low budget.
