One of those rare instances where the protagonist should probably be *less* sympathetic than they are. Falls into a similar trap as PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN in its final moments, doing the grim satire thing but also giving bad people comeuppance, thus not really achieving either goal. And dips a little too far into crime-comedy cliche in its back half, basically forgetting about the central premise, which could've made for better drama. Moves along at a clip though, with some really fun performances - in the moment, it's a great time.
