  This legit sucked beyond disappointed. Felt no real suspense or urgency in any of the scenes. The sequence where he goes around SF telephone booth to telephone booth was a great concept, but once again felt as if it was not urgent enough and some quicker cuts would’ve benefited here. The pacing is stale. It all feels the same, so no scene here feels like it really jumps out or breaks the pacing to give you a reason to engage…

  Mexican Goodfellas but it doesn’t glamorize the gangster lifestyle for even a second.
  Love every moment of this movie. The energy and tension between every scene gave this movie some real weight and consequences. This movie pulls no punches , and by no means an easy watch. Edward James Olmos’s best work.
