    The Lost World: Jurassic Park

Wasn't impressed with this one. Felt boring and every character acted unenthusiastic... I mean come on... Jeff sounded so monotone and bored. lol Overall, not a good sequel, esp in comparison to the first one. Unmemorable and lame.

I really enjoyed this one even more the second time around. It kept me on edge and I enjoyed the violence and overall special effects in this. Although at times, it feels like a movie we've all seen over and over due to basic things happening that happens in every other movie like this, however there are times where it surprises you and something happens that you might not expect. Definitely recommend.

Pierce is incredibly charming in this film. Easy to watch movie with lots of feels throughout. Wholesome, witty and fun. I can see why this is one of my partners favorite films of all time!

Could have been worse.. but I think it also could have been better.

  • Freddy vs. Jason

    Freddy vs. Jason

I thought this movie was it as a kid and re watching it as an adult... it is SO bad but the ending of the movie is always kick ass and overall its easy to watch despite it being incredibly cheesy and non sensical most of the time.

This has been on my radar for some time now and I was happy to finally check it out. I think I expected a little more, however this feels like a hidden gem!

    "You have a soulmate?
    Somebody who challenges you
I'm talking about someone who opens up things for you, touches your soul
You can't give back to them, you know
You'll never have that kind of relationship in a world where
You're always afraid to take the first step
Because all you see is every negative thing ten miles down the road
But you can do anything you want, you are bound by nothing"

After going so many years not seeing…

  • The Butterfly Effect

    The Butterfly Effect

This is easily one of the most memorable films from the early 2000`s I saw as a kid and one that always stuck with me. I enjoyed it then and enjoy it just as much all these years later. I absolutely love the twisty time line you go into, I love Kutchers performance and think this was way ahead of its time. Pacing is good and even though it's long, it's one that holds your attention well.

Haven's seen this since childhood but decided to revisit the trilogy and was surprised at how awesome this still is almost 30 years later! I enjoyed this big time.

This was painful to watch HOWEVER Joe Keery is the man and it was fun to see him in this roll. Would not check it out again however I'm super excited to see what else Keery gets into next.
