Evan Delagrange’s review published on Letterboxd:
Didn’t have the jaw-dropping shock appeal of some recent documentaries, but this was still a fascinating look inside something that I’d only vaguely heard about. If I were to put on my amateur film critic hat, I’d say this doc did a great job of presenting its view without being obvious and showy about it. They definitely have an opinion, but they’re careful enough about presenting it that it fades to the background and you can just enjoy the ride.
The takeaway: hippies can do anything they set their minds to, as long as they have a billionaire financing their dreams.
