I adore the grunge and grime aesthetic that Rob Zombie splatters and smears over his movies.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

At the end, I saw one death and Steph saw another. Funny how our eyes dance about the screen differently isn't it. Our perspectives not one and the same. Much like "good" and "bad" and what is justified and revenge in this movie,

    Perspective.

    Midsommar

If you're following along, I have indeed shown Steph a gorgeous trifecta of movies. You could say they're the Good For Her Trilogy.

    The Witch, Hereditary and Midsommar.

Here's Stephs Take on the final one, and I'm open to suggestions of movies that make you feel the same way

God Florence Pugh can act can’t she? Having just seen Hereditary, this didn’t creep me out as much, but this is definite cult and creep vibes. I got that straight away.…

I've reviewed this 5 times so once again here's Stephs Take

Just nope. Creepy. Freaky. Weird. Nope. Horrible. I enjoyed it but I was creeped all the way to next week. Brilliant acting, some amazing effects but god I was weirded out. Bloody love a cult-ish feel to a film though. The scene with the head out of the window? GROSS. Enjoyed this, but never again. This made me so scared that I cried when it finished out of relief.
