Thrilling and fun to watch. My first Eggers, preferred the style over the story.

Beautiful and well-acted but, maximalism aside, thought the pacing was tough. Emotional payoff at the end didn’t feel deserved. Lots of LoLs from other movie-goers in my theater but I only felt emotion during the rock scenes. : /

Now that I’ve watched this and On The Waterfront, I fully understand Quiz Show.
