Ben Oliphint’s review published on Letterboxd:
Absolutely hilarious. Homecoming was funny but Far From Home goes 20 steps further. This movie made a few stretches here and there, but any moment I questioned the realism of (dumb I know), I would instantly forgive because of how hard I was laughing. I got my wish with Martin Starr’s character, who easily had my favorite lines, along with one in particular from Mr. Gyllenhaal, which had to be an homage to the Professional.
The New York web swinging set to Giacchino’s score was the icing on the cake. This is a perfect summer movie.
