Elizabeth Olsen and Xochitl Gomez were spectacular (despite the writing for America Chavez). Sam Raimi is beautiful. New York has felt so empty the last couple movies, 'No Way Home' in particular felt like a set more than a city. It's so nice to have a busy, lived in setting once again and Raimi captures the crowded feel brilliantly. I skipped ahead 60 seconds every time something stupid happened so this 97-minute movie took about 10 minutes to watch. They really edited Michael Keaton's appearance into two end credit scenes and how did his armor appear in this Sony-verse if there are no Chitauri? Absolute shit alongside its trailer, lead actor, direction and editing.
The scene with the motorcycles in the fog was hilarious. Seriously A+ rationalizing, I was laughing my ass off. Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum seemed kind of bored honestly but Brad Pitt was funny enough. Good for Sandra Bullock though still killing it all these years later. The movie was impressively predictable however, 95% of the plot points I figured out in the first 5 minutes unfortunately. 'The Lost City' isn't a refreshing romcom as I had hoped from thr buzz, but it's a fine watch if you don't have to pay for it.

336 days later, a few missed pre-screenings and missed opportunities, avoided online leaked releases and an HBO MAX debut later I FINALLY got to see 'Dune' in theaters the way a film of this magnitude was meant to be seen. As I write this, I am already re-watching the film again at home. I loved it.
