And here I was all this time assuming this was just a dumb teen horror movie. Instead this was incredibly fun, smart, meta and yet also had some real quality scares. I imagine this was to people in the 90s what Cabin in the Woods was for me. The whole cast really nails what this movie was going for.  I’m a bit skeptical to how this could hold up for 3 more movies, but I’m looking forward to watching the whole series.
