In this regional Wisconsin filmed anemic outing that plays like a Japanese ghost film,a young teen gal([the Alison Arngrim-meets-Patricia Arquette looking] Gwendolyn Garver[FRAGMENTED,MEETING A BULLET]) is frequently haunted by the ghost of a young boy at the same time a mysterious killer on the loose on the local high school campus grounds,with her boyfriend([the Cole Hauser looking] Kristian Capalik[SHAMELOVE,BREAK POINT]) framed for the murders as she sets out to find out who the true killer is.
