Quickie Review
Another Netflix time killer from the UK, this action-thriller sees Eleanor Tomlinson of Jack The Giant Slayer and The White Queen as Danni, the member of a group of illegal street racers who is devastated when someone kills her brother Chris (Josh Whitehouse) after he witnesses a murder committed by an affluent executive (John Hannah) and the footage is captured on his GoPro camera. Together with a motorcyclist (John Lynch) whose significant other was killed by the same person who killed Chris, Danni will risk her life and jail time to get justice for her brother, take down his killer and bring down the man who set the events in motion. The film has shades of Quicksilver and Premium Rush but is…

This film rather surprised me of just how good it was, it isn't amazing but it's (pardon the pun) a fun ride. The film is about the illegal alleycat phenomenon in London but primarily focuses on a group of friends who are apart of this community. The group of friends are all very unique and Intresting with just enough depth to make you Intrested about their lives. The film does struggle with its genre at times, it doesn't know what it wants to be and due to that has bloating issues regarding its tone. At times its adrenaline filled then the next it wants to be political thriller and then a murder mystery. It struggles with itself throughout but never fails to be Intresting. One scene In particular really shook me and that's a scene involving a truck and a main character, I didn't see it coming and it left me speechless.

this movie was really boring and the only reason i hung in there was eleanor tomlinson
Crime thriller involving a bike messenger in London. "Premium Rush" was a far superior movie about bike messengers.
Directed by Ian Bonhote this film stars Eleanor Tomlinson, Josh Whitehouse, Sam Keeley and John Hannah. A cyclist working as a courier witnesses a murder and decides to blackmail the killer.
There are a few problems with this film, it starts off with a decent thriller premise but switches central character early on which is not helpful at all. It's best not to think too much about the plot as it unfolds as it does not make much sense. In the end there is little that stands out about this film.
